Information about the work we do, and a way to get in touch. Nothing on it is a contract, an offer, or a quote.
⚠️ Prices on this site are ranges, not quotes
Every figure on this site is a range showing what projects like yours have cost. A price range is not a price for your project and it is not binding on either of us.
What a drywall job actually costs depends on the damage and the access. That covers how much the ground slopes, how much grading and digging it needs, what turns up when we dig, and where the septic system and buried lines sit. It also covers how a crane reaches the yard, the scope of the work, and how easily we can reach it.
A real number comes from a site visit and a written quote. Only a signed written agreement creates a contract between us.
Accuracy
We try hard to keep this site correct and current, including anything we say about products, materials, timescales or permitting. Product details change over time, and manufacturers change their specifications without telling us. If something here matters to your decision, confirm it with us before you rely on it.
Submitting an inquiry
Give us accurate details, and only submit someone else's contact information if they have agreed. Sending an inquiry does not oblige us to take the work, and it does not oblige you to hire us.
We may pass your inquiry to another contractor if the work is not right for us, and we may receive a referral fee if we do. Referrals of that kind are set out in our Privacy Policy, and you can tell us at any time not to make them.

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not republish them without asking us first.
About the photographs: images on this site are used to illustrate the kinds of drywall work we do. Unless a caption specifically says so, they are not photographs of our own completed projects.

Johnson City Drywall sends text message updates and responses to customers about pricing and products offered at johnsoncitydrywall.com.

You can cancel this service at any time — just text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending you messages again.
